What do I get with the $200 holiday special?
The special includes tile and grout cleaning for up to 300 square feet for $200. Floor only. Shower walls and floors inside the shower are not included. The offer is valid only for homeowners of single-family homes; apartments, apartment buildings, and high-rise condos are not eligible.
What if I have more than 300 square feet to clean?
We will measure your floors wall to wall and let you know how much extra it will cost to clean the additional area.
Can I have more than one area cleaned?
Yes. Multiple floor areas, including restroom floors, can be cleaned. Shower walls and shower floors are excluded from the promotion.
Do I have to purchase anything else during the service?
No. Additional services are optional. Premium sealing may be recommended at an additional cost, but it is not required.

Do you move furniture?
We can help move basic items, such as coffee tables and small three-seat sofas, when sufficient space is available. We do not move china cabinets, dressers, beds, sectionals, furniture requiring disassembly, or items weighing more than 75 pounds.
